When some little gremlins got into my computer and began nibbling at its insides, I could see that something was wrong, but I didn’t know how to go about fixing it. I contacted David Moore (ihatemypc) when we were experiencing computer difficulties. David arrived at a time agreed, and advised that a new computer would be the easiest way to overcome our difficulties. ...I'm totally in awe of the magic David spun. David came to our office and had a daunting task at hand. He had to learn how the office was set up (multiple companies sharing the main server, then our office sharing a sub-server), the functions and configuration of the server and then he had to work out why certain things were working for some users and others weren't working. I had a few problems with my computers. I couldn't get things from my old PC to my new laptop, strange things happened when I tried to send photos in emails and I suspected some sort of problem with my virus program. David had a look at the problems, fixed up a few things on the computers and gave me tips on updating the virus software. David also gave me tips on avoiding web downloads that are known to carry viruses, cleaned up my old computer (giving me more space) and helped me with the emailing of photos. Now everything is working fine.
