Remotely Control Your PC - Remotely control your PC - LogMeIn.com is great helpful program. This one allows you to remotely control up to five of your computers through the one LogMeIn.com account. It is easy to install and easy to use. For example, you can be in an internet cafe in Italy and remotely control your home PC like your holiday was over already! The best thing is that your are still on holidays (in my example that is). This is my remote support tool of choice at the moment.
